No one currently takes care of this issue. It is suggested to update the wiki of the incorrect artist with information about the correct one.

There is internal testing by staff to come up with systems to help moderate this issues in the future, but the perfect plan is still being worked on.

Whew... Okay done. The bug is still in affect on some things it seems. As has been suggested everyone please do refer to the music brainz guidelines. That is what I go by here. Musicbrainz is my first source, Artist pages is my second (but would like musicbrainz back up as sometimes artist pages show "style" not "intent") and I tend to hate to look at myspace as proof.

Thank you to those who are keeping your posts with shorter requests. Those of you who aren't ;) Please try to limit each post request to say 5 requests. They are easier to handle even if this may mean the thread get's longer quicker, I like to have them in smaller chunks. I would appreciate your cooperation on that all :D You can post multiple requests in a row, but if you could limit them to five each that would be great for me.

Hey all you caps hunters, turn this energy into helping with wikis and images too! I see so many artists and tracks with these requests with no images and no wikis. if you are are passionate about the artist's caps, please help the community further by filling in these blanks. If you do I'll consider it a thank you for changing the caps for you where appropriate!

If you can get a moderation pushed through for pintandwefall on musicbrainz I'm all for it. Since it says otherwise there, it contradicts the artists possible intent. If you can convince the musicbrainz community I'm for it here.

The reason I don't necessarily like myspace for proof, even though it may be the real artist, is that I think they sometimes may go a little overboard with artistic look beyond real intent, especially if they aren't consistent with other releases, etc. But I do see where you are coming from.

Marco Dos Santos has the Dos capital in musicbrainz.

Joe le taxi was a tough one as I thought it was a mixture of french and english, but Taxi is friench for Taxi, so...

I hate Japanese titles why can't they be capitalized like sensible titles? Do you have scans of the actual album list from a disc? I'd like to see musicbrainz entries to 100% support this idea. Ah heck, I know that Japanese artists like to do this... I'll make the changes and go back and fix the Orges question too. But do me a favor and do some musicbrainz adds, okay?
