Ok, here is another Tim Sweeney vs Juan MacLean night!! The last time they did this at Santos, there was much more friendliness between Juan and Sweeney, they were laughing and playing each other’s records, taking turns for an hour each, going from disco to old school house and some techno, then throwing in some acid and stuff like that. This time, they’ll do the old back and forth again, but in the middle somewhere there is going to be a ’live’ acid set, with Juan playing his TB303, 909, SH101, MPC, etc. This will be a live acid house interlude, with Sweeney doing his scratching and spinning in acapellas and whatnot. Not to be missed, for sure. AND it’s on a WEDNESDAY NIGHT!!! Work is for losers!!!! Call in sick on Thursday, you deserve it, and you only live once.
